{"id":49,"date":"2012-07-02T18:05:00","date_gmt":"2012-07-02T18:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pucol.compromis.net\/2012\/07\/02\/mocio-presentada-pel-bloc-coalicio-compromis-de-pucol-sobre-el-suport-a-lilp-de-la-regulacio-de-la-dacio-en-pagament\/"},"modified":"2012-08-17T19:07:47","modified_gmt":"2012-08-17T19:07:47","slug":"mocio-presentada-pel-bloc-coalicio-compromis-de-pucol-sobre-el-suport-a-lilp-de-la-regulacio-de-la-dacio-en-pagament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pucol.compromis.net\/?p=49","title":{"rendered":"Moci\u00f3 de Suport a l&#8217;ILP de la regulaci\u00f3 de la daci\u00f3 en pagament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">APROVADA PER UNANIMITAT LA MOCI\u00d3 PRESENTADA PEL BLOC-Coalici\u00f3 Comprom\u00eds DE PU\u00c7OL SOBRE EL SUPORT A LA INICIATIVA LEGISLATIVA POPULAR DE LA REGULACI\u00d3 DE LA DACI\u00d3 EN PAGAMENT, DE LA PARALITZACI\u00d3 DELS DESNONAMENTS I DEL LLOGUER SOCIAL.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-MXDmtw68Ibo\/T_HiQ0t-NyI\/AAAAAAAAAqM\/-Z-GfGukxaI\/s1600\/dacioenpagament.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"193\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">En el Ple celebrat el passat dilluns, dia 25 de juny a l&#8217;Ajuntament de Pu\u00e7ol es va aprovar per unanimitat de tots els grups pol\u00edtics la moci\u00f3 presentada pel BLOC-Coalici\u00f3 Comprom\u00eds per la qual l&#8217;Ajuntament es compromet a donar tot el suport institucional perqu\u00e8 prospere la ILP que regule la daci\u00f3 en pagament, la paralitzaci\u00f3 dels desnonaments i la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un reglament de lloguer social impulsada pels sindicats CCOO, UGT, Plataforma d&#8217;afectats per la Hipoteca, Confederacions Ve\u00efnals de Catalunya i Observatori DESC perqu\u00e8 aquesta siga debatuda en el Congr\u00e9s dels Diputats de Madrid.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Aquesta ILP t\u00e9 com a finalitat regular la daci\u00f3 en pagament amb car\u00e0cter retroactiu, obtindre una morat\u00f2ria immediata dels desnonaments i la reconversi\u00f3 de les hipoteques en lloguer social, com a mesura de m\u00ednims destinada a garantir el dret a la vivenda de les persones afectades per execucions hipotec\u00e0ries i facilitar el proc\u00e9s de recollida de firmes de les persones i entitats del municipi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Segons el regidor Enric Esteve \u00abal BLOC-Coalici\u00f3 Comprom\u00eds, considerem inadmissible i totalment injust que, en un estat social i democr\u00e0tic de dret, que recull el dret a un habitatge digne i adequat, tal com disposa la constituci\u00f3, totes les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de la crisi recaiguen sobre la part m\u00e9s vulnerable del contracte hipotecari. No podem tolerar sota cap concepte que es rescaten a les entitats financeres i no a les persones.
